Waste Co-ordinator

To support the Waste team in the delivery of the highest standard of waste and recycling services to our clients. Working within the cost limits and resources agreed between the client and MSS. Along with the management and all compliance aspects of the MSS operator's Licence.,

• Liaising with Waste Manager, MSS Client Managers, Clients and Suppliers.
• Day to day operational management of all waste movements for our clients both internal and external.
• Initial point of contact for enquiries from existing and new customers.
• Management of internal Waste System (Waste Logics).
• Waste data collation and monthly invoicing.
• Desktop audits on waste management contractors, systems and facilities being used to service our clients.
• Producing monthly waste summary reports and financial data for external and internal clients.
• Be the escalation contact for quality and performance of waste services of external suppliers.
• Ensure all tasks are carried out safely and in line with client and MSS operational procedures and within a timely manner.
  
  Good level of numeracy
• Be able to work on own initiative and work under pressure
• Ability to cope within in a fast moving environmental
• Information management & IT skills in Excel, Word etc., be able to collate, assess and summarise data and financial information
• Full driver's license
• Background in waste management administration
• Attention to detail
