Full Job Description

Acting as a focal point for warranty support activities within the UK market. The role provides pro-active customer support to the warranty functions in the UK at both market and Dealer level. Role Scope

  • Manage and process live claims for the market, business areas including CAR, Motorcycle and Power Product.
  • Working in an experienced Warranty team in an open plan office.
  • Front line claim support for our retailers/dealers.
  • Support ongoing improvements within warranty operations for policy change activities.
  • Business support for the UK warranty operations.
  • Day to day support of incoming warranty enquiries, by phone and email.
  • Liaise with retailer/dealer personnel at all levels.
  • Liaise with all relevant parties and highlight to management areas for concern, opportunities to develop the processes and further reduce excess warranty costs.
  • Liaise with MSXI UK Programme Manager to propose improvements/best practice where appropriate.
