Full Job Description

Administer and process warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure all documentation meets manufacturer and audit requirements
Liaise with service advisors, technicians, and Stellantis brand requirements to resolve queries
Monitor warranty submissions and follow up on outstanding claims
Conduct customer pre-calls to confirm bookings, gather relevant information, and ensure a smooth service experience
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
Support the service team with general administrative duties

Previous experience in a service or warranty administration role (automotive preferred)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes
Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach
Comfortable making outbound pre-calls to customers
Familiarity with dealer management systems is advantageous
