Full Job Description

  • Respond to all incoming correspondence in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Compile and maintain warranty data by accurately entering information into relevant reports, tracking systems, and surveys to monitor departmental performance.
  • Monitor warranty processes and procedures to ensure a consistently high level of service to all stakeholders.
  • Process warranty claims for all OEMs in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Review the quality of warranty claims submitted and follow up with dealers to resolve discrepancies or incomplete documentation.
  • Reconcile warranty receivables with payments in accordance with the appropriate accounting schedules.
  • Investigate rejected warranty claims and prepare reports for submission to the relevant stakeholders.
  • File, maintain, and manage all service records in compliance with OEM requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to dealers on warranty systems, procedures, and best practices.
  • Perform other reasonable and related duties as required.

    To be successful in this role you will be:
  • Qualified with an Associate Degree in Business Administration or a related qualification.
  • Bringing a minimum of two (2) years' experience in an administrative function.
  • Demonstrating strong computer literacy with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possessing well-developed critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication skills.
