You will be responsible for managing and leading your own team helping to coach, motivate and engage them to create a great team culture with a strong work ethic.This is a full time, permanent position, working any 5 nights from 7, 22:00 till 06:00Pay, benefits and more:We're looking to offer a salary of up to £33,280.00 per annum plus a shift premium of £2.38 per hour and an extra £1.00 per hour worked on a Saturday and £1.50 per hour worked on a Sunday . You will also receive 33 days annual leave (inclusive bank holidays). Your

You'll also have access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more!What you'll do on a typical day:To lead operational activities in your area for the duration of the shift to achieve the work plan on time and in line with budget and KPIsDrive performance through effective monitoring of coaching and performanceReview all aspects of shift performance, identifying areas for improvementLeading the team on shift proactively to motivate high performance, develop positive engagement and good communication across the operationManagement of the warehouse training requirement and functionWhat you need to succeed at GXO:Proven experience in managing a large operational team in a fast-paced warehouse
