Full Job Description
Imagine a life where your professional and personal responsibilities blend seamlessly. Our Nights Team Leaders experience just that! By collaborating closely with our day shift team, you will engage directly in maintaining the smooth functioning of our operations.,
- Monitor the quality of work that our operatives carry out and manage performance.
- Ensure products are handled correctly and in line with manual handling guidelines.
- Complete investigations and rectify any possible discrepancies.
- Take responsibility for administration duties, where needed.
- Provide support with HR functions such as disciplinary meeting fairly and consistently.
- Be responsible for the site's cleanliness and maintenance.
- Keep track of your team's performance and be able to offer upskilling opportunities.
Have a good understanding of safe loading and manual handling techniques. - Experience supporting and training new starters, especially around Safe Systems of Work and key Health & Safety basics.
- Clear, confident communication-sharing priorities, giving great handovers, and keeping operations flowing.
- A hands on team player, who can organize tasks, support colleagues, and get stuck in.
