Warehouse Team Leader

If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role will play a key part of our succuss journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following: Role Responsibilities:

• Providing skills required to deliver to our customers on time and in full.
• Providing a high quality service to suit customers' needs.
• Working closely with the transport and office teams to ensure a smooth running of operations and meeting overall site objectives.
• Supervising a team of operative on for a smooth running of operations across all shifts.
• Holding health and safety at the forefront of all warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
  
  IT literate with experience using MS Office and SAP.
• Experience managing or supervising a warehouse team.
• Experience working in a warehouse for an FMCG.
• FLT Licence or experience is desirable.
• Manual handling experience desirable however full training will be provided during induction.

Job Length: Permanent Working Hours: 45 hours per week. Starting at 10pm and finishing at 7am, on a Monday to Friday basis. Flexibility required outside those times to suit business needs. Competitive Salary with extensive benefits:
