Warehouse Team Leader

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Leading on the prison wing, distributing orders accurately and on time to each inmate.
• Loading and unloading vehicles when orders arrive at the prison.
• Complying with prison rules and regulations.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
• Are comfortable working in a secure prison environment, giving oversight and direction to inmates.
  
  Can demonstrate strong integrity, judgement and fairness, especially when making decisions that support safety.
Can manage challenging situations with a calm mindset.
• Good at communicating firmly, fairly and clearly.
• Have a good understanding of warehouse processes - but we will teach you the whole job!, You must have three recent years of UK address history (mandatory for enhanced security clearance).
• You must have your own or dependable transport for the shift times as the site is remote.
• You must have right to work in the UK with no limits now or in the future. We can't offer sponsorship for this opportunity.
