Full Job Description

  • Ensure that they and individuals within their team comply with working practices that result in delivering a clean and safe workplace
  • Providing focus on health & safety, productivity, accuracy, and quality by helping to lead the operational shift team by encouraging a team ethic to achieve daily targets for each shift
  • Monitor progress and performance against key performance indicators and costs against budget

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for the processes and the team within your department.     This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:00 till 17:00., We're looking to offer a salary of up to £35,491.00 per annum, and 33 days annual leave inclusive bank holidays.
