Warehouse Supervisor

We're looking for a driven and people-focused Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our chilled food warehouse. You'll play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-performing operations while leading and developing a team to deliver outstanding service and meet key business KPIs.

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Team Leaders and Warehouse Operatives to deliver high performance
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and on-time delivery
• Promote a strong safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with HSE and food safety standards
• Monitor and manage KPIs, driving continuous improvement across productivity and performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders and step up as Shift Manager when required

• Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role within chilled or fast-paced environments
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, HACCP and warehouse compliance standards
• Experience managing people, performance and operational KPIs
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
