Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervise daily loading bay operations to ensure timely loading and unloading of vehicles
• Operate and oversee use of PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) equipment safely and efficiently
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives to meet performance targets
• Ensure all customer service requests are dealt with efficiently
• Monitor workflow and allocate tasks to maintain productivity
• Maintain health & safety standards and compliance with warehouse procedures
• Assist with team briefings and support training for new staff
• Work closely with transport and planning teams to manage dispatch schedule
• Develop and mentor members of your team
  
  Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader
• Strong experience working on a loading bay
• Experience operating PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) equipment
• Ability to work in a chilled warehouse environment
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good understanding of health & safety within warehouse operations
