Shift Details

• Weekly Rotating Shifts - Mon-Fri (40 Hours):


• Week 1: 6am-2pm


• Week 2: 2pm-10pm


• Week 3: 10pm-6am (Winter: Sun-Thu / Summer: Mon-Thu)

The Role

Your mission will be to ensure the safe loading and unloading of bagged/packaged stock, following all necessary documentation. You'll accurately pick goods in line with customer orders while maintaining a hygienic and tidy warehouse.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Working in an operational environment with diverse teams and stakeholders


• Forklift License: Valid license is essential


• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written abilities


• Technical Aptitude: Basic troubleshooting and fault-finding skills


• Numeracy and Literacy: Strong foundation for clear communication and accurate data handling


• Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Monitoring: Ensure the physical quality of bagged/packaged items and report any non-compliances


• Effective Communication: Maintain communication with Shift Manager, warehouse Lead Op, and all operations staff


• Delivery Monitoring: Oversee delivery/collection vehicles and personnel


• Paperwork Compliance: Complete all documentation according to legislative and management requirements


• Stock Control: Ensure correct stock rotation and management


• Hygiene Standards: Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the warehouse and loading lane


• Racking Control: Report any damaged racking


• Fleet Management: Conduct quality checks on new electric trucks
