As a Warehouse Operative (Recycling), you'll help keep our warehouses running smoothly, making sure recyclables are processed quickly and efficiently. You'll roll up your sleeves, work with your colleagues, and become a pro at everything you do. What you'll do

• Check vehicles into the recycling area
• Process card, plastic, and food waste efficiently
• Work with contractors and colleagues to keep collections on track
• Update our Warehouse Management System (WMS) with pallet counts and report issues
• Use machinery safely to move pallets and complete tasks
• Support driver debriefs and check the outbound lanes to ensure pallets are in the right place every time
• Help warehouse operations and keep standards high with a clean-as-you-go approach

What you'll need

• Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Willingness to work with all types of stock, whether it's indoors, outdoors, or in chilled areas
• Ability to work independently, taking responsibility for your tasks
• Good attention to detail, even when working quickly
• A can-do attitude and pride in doing a great job
