Load and unload vehicles efficiently, meeting operational KPI targets
Accurately record stock movements and product arrivals using warehouse management systems
Operate safely within a fast-moving warehouse environment and support multiple warehouse functions
Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and hygiene at all times
Comply with all health, safety, and safe working practices to ensure a safe working environment for all colleagues

Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience is desirable
Ability to work independently, use initiative, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Positive, flexible, and reliable approach with a willingness to support operational requirements
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
Punctual, committed, and driven to achieve targets with a proactive and results-focused attitude
Computer literate, with an FLT licence being advantageous (training can be provided for the right candidate)

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Team Members to join our team at Carlsberg Britvic in Beckton. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse, undertaking a variety of tasks including loading and unloading vehicles, stock handling, order preparation, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working on a Night Shift: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 22:00 - 06:00
