What You'll Do
Procurement and supplier support
- Assist with placing and tracking orders for cleaning supplies, consumables and equipment, under the guidance of the Warehouse Supervisor.

Help monitor stock levels and flag low stock to avoid shortages.
Support the team in following up on delayed, incomplete or incorrect orders. -
Check deliveries against purchase orders and invoices, and report any discrepancies to a supervisor.

Building supplier knowledge

Learn how to communicate professionally with manufacturers and suppliers, acting as a first point of contact for routine queries.

Shadow senior team members during supplier discussions to build understanding of pricing, terms and lead times.

Help note supplier performance and product issues, feeding back to the wider team.

Communication between cleaners and warehouse

Help relay requests and updates between field-based cleaning teams and the warehouse.

Support the timely dispatch and replenishment of supplies and equipment to cleaning teams and sites.

Assist with processing ad hoc orders from sites.

Help resolve simple queries and shortages, escalating anything more complex to a supervisor.

Support the ordering, printing and branding of staff uniforms and workwear.

Help maintain uniform stock and ensure new and existing staff are correctly equipped.

Provide general warehouse support, including during annual leave and absence cover periods.

Assist with goods-in, order picking, stock organisation and dispatch as directed.

Support with office suppliers, stock and uniforms as required.

Working Week: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00. There is the possibility of moving 1 hour earlier to 07:00 to 15:00, if that suits candidates better.
