Warehouse Operative

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our Bristol team, supporting our Warehouse Pick operation in a modern, fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in picking stock, keeping stock moving safely, accurately and efficiently while working as part of a supportive and dependable team.,

• Confident working to clear targets and KPI's and delivering strong performance
• Loading, unloading, and picking of stock and orders within the chilled warehouse
• Loading and unloading different type of trailers using RF Gun to scan pallets
• Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
  
  Experience working in a similar warehouse environment is advantageous
• Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment.
• Confident working to targets and KPI standards in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy.
• The ability to meet tight deadlines and targets.
• Strong organisational skills.

This is a full-time, permanent position working 12-hour Day shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, including weekends, from 07:00 - 19:00 The role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, so you will need to be comfortable working in temperatures between 2 and 4 degrees. We're expanding our team in Bristol and are looking for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in logistics. Shifts
