Warehouse Operative

Here at GXO Northampton, we are currently recruiting for full-time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join us at our new Savers site in Swan Valley! From receiving and storing products to picking, packing, and dispatching orders you will be involved in all aspects of our warehouse operations.,

• Support goods-in, goods-out and stock control activities using the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including receiving deliveries, replenishment, order fulfilment and dispatch operations
• Pick and prepare stock safely and accurately, ensuring health, beauty, household and retail products are handled with care and attention to detail
• Work efficiently and flexibly to achieve daily productivity, service and accuracy targets, both independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced distribution centre environment
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area by following all Health & Safety procedures, Safe Systems of Work and Standard Operating Procedures, while proactively reporting hazards and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on a two-week rota pattern: Week 1 - Monday to Friday / Week 2 - Sunday to Thursday, covering the hours of 14:00 to 22:00, contracted to 40 hours per week. Pay, benefits and more: As a Warehouse Operative, there's lots that we can offer you:
