Warehouse Operative

Pay Rate: £25,980.74 Grade: O Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) 37 hours per week Location: Gloucester, SM2 5PJ We have the following shift patterns available:

• Day Shift: Monday-Thursday, 07:30-16:00, with an early finish at 12:30 on Fridays.
• Afternoon Shift: Monday-Thursday, 10:00-18:00. Friday: 10:00-17:30 with an 11% shift premium
• Bridging Shift: Monday-Thursday, 15:00-22:00, Friday: 12:30-22:00 with an 11% shift premium

We're now looking for a FLT/ MHE Operator as well as experience warehouse operative to play a key role at the Centre of our fulfilment operation. A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
• Operating MHE equipment as a key part of the role (FLT, Counterbalance, or Reach)
• Data entry, booking in returns using SAP
• Picking, packing, and sorting orders
• Getting hands-on with manual tasks, including handling, loading, and unloading
• General housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
• Have a flexible, friendly approach with a can-do attitude
• Have excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail, speed and accuracy
• Hold a valid FLT licence (desirable)
• Must have previous warehouse experience
• Experience using WMS systems
