Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various Warehouse tasks, including picking, packing loading & unloading with heavy lifting involved, ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities. Shift hours: 06:00-15:00 or 14:00-23:00 Monday to Friday

Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative

• Picking using rf scanner or picking sheets, packing of items
• Loading and unloading of goods
• Heavy lifting involved up to 20KG.
• Operating warehouse management systems (WMS) inventory control and order processing
• Assisting with shipping and receiving procedures to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods
• Handling materials safely and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols at all times
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse space

Requirements of a Warehouse Operative

• Proven experience in warehouse operations
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks throughout shifts
