Warehouse Operative

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient distribution process, supporting both the warehouse and trade counter functions:

• Serve trade counter customers with product knowledge and professionalism Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and quickly Assist with stock control: daily checks and annual stock take Maintain a safe and clean working environment Provide admin support and handle customer returns or queries Support call-outs and deliveries as needed (driving licence essential) Communicate effectively with the Branch Manager and sales team Ensure company property is respected and maintained
  
  We want a Warehouse Operative who is hands-on, dependable, and customer-focused: Full UK Driving Licence preferred Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative is desirable Forklift/Counterbalance licence preferred - Strong communication skills and ability to resolve customer issues Flexibility for overtime and weekend availability Willingness to undertake new training and tasks when needed Understanding of health & safety and GDPR responsibilities
