Full Job Description

We're looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our Aviation business, based on site at RAF Halton, supporting the HADES programme. This is a practical, hands-on role within Clothing Stores, supporting logistics and supply-chain activity that enables aviation operations to run smoothly and efficiently. The role As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be responsible for the issue, receipt, storage, and control of stock in line with agreed processes and safety standards. Working as part of a close-knit onsite team, you'll support day-to-day warehouse activity and ensure accurate record-keeping across all transactions. Day-to-day, you will:

  • Issue, receive, and store stock in line with supply-chain and warehouse procedures
  • Carry out physical stocktaking and support stock reconciliations as required
  • Assist with kitting activities in support of RAF recruit requirements
  • Complete warehouse documentation and system transactions accurately
  • Maintain housekeeping, safety, and cleanliness standards across warehouse areas.

  • Confidence using basic IT systems and warehouse applications

    This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:00 and Friday 08:00-16:00., Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
