G3 Systems is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to support our growing operations in Portland. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to the successful delivery of projects across the business. If you take pride in accuracy, organisation, and working as part of a team, this is an opportunity to play a key role in maintaining high operational standards. What you'll be doing

  • Receiving and checking goods in line with company procedures
  • Picking and packing materials for project use
  • Weighing, labelling, and preparing goods for dispatch
  • Loading and unloading vehicles using a forklift
  • Maintaining accurate digital and physical stock records
  • Scanning and filing goods received documentation
  • Supporting general warehouse organisation and weekly housekeeping activities

  • Good standard of general education
  • Valid FLT (B1) licence (essential)
  • Previous warehouse experience, ideally in a structured environment
  • Experience in goods-in processes, including inspection and booking
  • Basic IT skills and confidence using digital systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
