- Adhere to company policies
- Attend and contribute to departmental team briefs/updates
- Conduct necessary machinery and equipment checks
- Follow company quality procedures
- Work to department job work instructions
- Support your team leader to reach and exceed daily targets
- Adhere to good housekeeping standards and principles
- Proactively engage and follow Health and Safety procedures and site rules at all times
- Actively working with ERP Systems to uphold and maintain traceability of incoming and outgoing stock
- Counterbalance and reach truck operating to load and unload vehicles and to locate and store materials
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking warehouse operative who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for making sure the products that enter and leave the warehouse are correct and of high quality whilst reaching targets and KPI's. A commitment to health and safety, punctuality, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity is essential., - Work closely with the Supervisory Team with an attention to detail in supporting meeting company and customer quality requirements
- Must be physically capable for the demands of the role
- Good understanding of safe working practices and importance of compliance
- Understand set targets and monitor KPI's within the warehouse
- Good self-motivation, initiative and commitment to the business
- Willing to work flexible hours as and when required
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance
- Ability to work with computers with some levels of IT knowledge (user control interfaces)
