Full Job Description

  • Adhere to company policies
  • Attend and contribute to departmental team briefs/updates
  • Conduct necessary machinery and equipment checks
  • Follow company quality procedures
  • Work to department job work instructions
  • Support your team leader to reach and exceed daily targets
  • Adhere to good housekeeping standards and principles
  • Proactively engage and follow Health and Safety procedures and site rules at all times
  • Actively working with ERP Systems to uphold and maintain traceability of incoming and outgoing stock
  • Counterbalance and reach truck operating to load and unload vehicles and to locate and store materials

    We are looking for a reliable and hardworking warehouse operative who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate
  • will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for making sure the products that enter and leave the warehouse are correct and of high quality whilst reaching targets and KPI's. A commitment to health and safety, punctuality, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity is essential.,
  • Work closely with the Supervisory Team with an attention to detail in supporting meeting company and customer quality

  • Must be physically capable for the demands of the role
  • Good understanding of safe working practices and importance of compliance
  • Understand set targets and monitor KPI's within the warehouse
  • Good self-motivation, initiative and commitment to the business
  • Willing to work flexible hours as and when required
  • Excellent timekeeping and attendance
  • Ability to work with computers with some levels of IT knowledge (user control interfaces)
  • Good level of spoken and written English
