Warehouse Mixer

We are seeking a Warehouse Mixer to join a well-established and supportive company based in Hemel Hempstead. This role is crucial in our production process, blending raw materials and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced environment. Day-to-day of the role:

• Accurately weigh and mix raw materials according to specifications.
• Operate and monitor mixing equipment to ensure efficient production.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to uphold safety and quality standards.
• Record batch data accurately to support inventory tracking and compliance.
• Assist with routine equipment checks and perform light maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
  
  Experience in a warehouse or production setting is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Comfortable with weights, measurements, and basic mathematical calculations.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Forklift experience is advantageous; training will be provided if necessary.
• Physically fit and able to lift and stand for extended periods, accommodating the physical demands of the role.
