Full Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operation and ensure goods move through the business safely, accurately, and efficiently. You'll take ownership of inventory accuracy, team performance, warehouse processes and operational standards, while working closely with logistics, procurement and operational teams to keep everything running smoothly. - Lead the day-to-day warehouse operation, including goods in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Drive inventory accuracy through effective stock control and reconciliations
- Coach, develop, and motivate the warehouse team
- Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, compliance, and quality
- Manage warehouse systems, equipment, and operational processes
- Support audits and ensure processes remain audit-ready
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, transport providers, and internal stakeholders Why join us?
