• Lead, motivate and develop warehouse teams to achieve operational KPIs and service targets
• Drive a strong health & safety culture through visible leadership and compliance with safe systems of work
• Manage daily warehouse activities, ensuring resources are effectively deployed to meet customer requirements
• Monitor team performance, attendance and productivity, taking appropriate action where required
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects across the site
  
  Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or supply chain leadership role
• Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive approach to driving performance and meeting operational objectives
• Commitment to delivering high standards of safety, quality and customer service

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £31,000.00 per annum, and 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
