We're looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to join us at our Halfords contract, at our site in Crick, Northampton. You'll support the Shift Manager in the efficient running of the warehouse shift, ensuring optimum use of resources to deliver 1st class customer service, whilst taking a proactive approach to enhancing employee engagement and their development whilst driving forward a culture of continuous improvement.,

• Utilise available resources to allocate and distribute tasks within the operation to maximise efficiency in order to achieve and exceed customer KPI's/productivity targets
• Create and maintain a positive team culture, by actively encouraging involvement from all, to improve employee engagement
• Identify cost saving initiatives and implement corrective actions where appropriate to maximise the efficiency of the warehouse operation
• With good understanding of Health & Safety you'll strive to make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with our policies, while accurately identifying risks and escalating your findings

This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working a Sunday to Thursday rotating shift of; 05:30 to 14:00 and 13:30 to 22:00., You'll be paid a salary of up to £30,363.89 per annum.
