Warehouse Coordinator

As Fulfilment coordinator, you will provide leadership and operational direction for the Fulfilment team, overseeing all picking and packing processes on site. You will lead a small, diverse workforce of colleagues and ensure that the site's operational structures, culture, and performance, consistently meet business and customer expectations. Working closely with the E-Fulfilment manager you will shape and deliver the warehouses strategy, ensuring seamless end-to-end service and strong commercial and operational outcomes.,

• Lead and motivate the Fulfilment teams within the warehouse, ensuringhigh standardsof performance, attendance, and conduct.
• Allocate daily workloads andmonitorcompletion of VAS service tasks including picking, packing, loading, unloading and courier
labelling to the company and customer specifications and driving weekly KPI's
• Ensuring all processes and procedures are followed in line with company policies and health & safety regulations.
• Support team members with training,coachingand mentoring to encourage engagement,developmentand the upholding of performance
standards.
• Managing a Live pick-well with strict deadlines.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with other warehouse functions and internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues and
drive improvements.
• Build andmaintaina strong and effective working relationship with the VAS warehouse.
• Carry out periodic audits of operational activities to ensure compliance andidentifyareas for improvements.
• Operate MHEin linewith training and licensing requirements
• Responsible for managing the team's attendance and performancein accordance withcompany policies, as well as planning staff
rotas and holiday requests.


• Experience managing a team within Fulfilment,warehousingor similar fast-paced operational environment
• Knowledge of warehouse activities, picking/packing, 3PL and stock systems (WMS, SAP, Optima)
• Demonstrable commitment tohigh standardsin H&S
• Forklift, reach truck or relevant equipment licensewould beadvantageous
• Ability to work under pressure, strict daily deadlines, prioritise tasks, and solve problems proactively
