Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Assistant to join a busy warehouse team on a temporary basis 

Pay: £12.71 per hour 

Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00

Contract: Temporary

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with experience in warehouse work, order picking, packing, goods in/goods out, loading and unloading, distribution, logistics, or stores operative roles. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help ensure the efficient movement and handling of stock throughout the warehouse.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading deliveries
  
  
• Moving stock safely around the warehouse
  
  
• Carrying out goods in and goods out duties
  
  
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  
  
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets
  
  

 Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative, Picker Packer, Production Operative, Stores Operative, or within a Logistics or Distribution environment is desirable
  
  
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling duties (equipment is provided to assist)
  
  
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Good team-working skills and a positive attitude
