This is an exciting opportunity to grow with us as we develop the site into a key hub for our Southeast operations. In this role, you'll support the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse by carrying out a variety of administrative tasks to ensure that customer requirements are achieved in a timely manner.,

• Complete all customer reports accurately and on time, ensuring information is clear and reliable.
• Enter data into the system with precision, monitoring and updating records as required.
• Follow the customer's escalation process promptly and in line with agreed timelines.
• Support with route planning and ensure routes are closed correctly
• Ensure customer goods are received, picked, and despatched accurately through SCALE and in accordance with Yusen's Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure consistent 5S compliance - Sort, Straighten, Sanitise, Standardise, Sustain., At Yusen Logistics, we understand the value of utilising AI and other technologies to support the application process.   This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of £31,500 plus £1,872 night shift allowance. The working hours are 22:00 to 06:30 Monday evening until Saturday morning., Salary of £31,500 per annum Plus a £1,872 Night Shift Allowance
