Full Job Description
- Be the main point ofcontact for customers using SAP for production- manage enquiries and troubleshoot any issues, maintaining communication with customers to provide updates
- Monitor and maintain SAP systemsand inventory levels coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Manage and prioritise customer orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating with the production team to ensure all orders arefulfilled to customer requirements& maintain accuratecustomer records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve production and delivery challenges
Are you an experienced administrator committed to providing first class service who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We, Previous experience of working within a food-based production OR warehousing environment would be advantageous - Experience working with SAP production would be advantageous
- Customer focused with excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills allowing you to provide first class customer service
- Organised, able to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Shifts: 4 on 4 off, 5.45am to 6pm
