Full Job Description
We are looking for an organised and proactive, Warehouse Administrator to join our Warehouse team on a temporary basis for approximately six months to cover a period of long-term absence. This is a fast-paced role that will support the day-to-day administration of warehouse operations, ensuring customer collections, deliveries and stock processes run smoothly.,
- Book customer and supplier collection and delivery slots.
- Complete HMRC documentation online.
- Process stock bookings into Business Central.
- Prepare delivery and collection documentation for outgoing orders.
- Liaise closely with the warehouse team regarding production completion and stock availability.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Previous experience in a warehouse administration or similar logistics environment. - Knowledge of stock control systems, ideally including Microsoft Business Central.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
- Confidence using computer-based systems and online documentation platforms.
