Join our team at Woodthorpe Hospital as a Sister/Charge Nurse. You will provide exceptional clinical care to surgical patients, reporting to the Ward Manager. Manage a varied surgical case mix and use your clinical knowledge to enhance service development across the perioperative pathway. Identify opportunities for high-quality patient care and oversee the department in the Ward Manager's absence, fostering a positive, blame-free culture while supporting staff in achieving their goals.
