Ward Sister / Charge Nurse

Join our team at Fitzwilliam Hospital as a Ward Sister, delivering exceptional clinical care to surgical patients. You will report to the Ward Manager and manage a varied surgical case mix.

Utilize your clinical knowledge to enhance service development across the perioperative pathway, support high-quality patient care, and run the department in the absence of the ward manager. Responsibilities include Blood Transfusion and Occupational Health, conducting audits, and ensuring governance and best practices are upheld. We offer training and support in this role.
