Ward Nurse

As a Ward Nurse in our surgical and orthopaedic unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients before and after their procedures. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that each patient receives personalised care that meets their individual needs. Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care for patients
• Monitoring patient vital signs and condition
• Administering medication and treatments as prescribed
• Assisting with patient rehabilitation and post-operative care
• Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
