Ward Manager

A Ward Manager is a senior nurse responsible for the day to day leadership and operation of a hospital ward. The role combines clinical expertise, staff management, patient care oversight and administrative responsibilities to ensure safe, effective and high quality care is being delivered., You will work with teams within the organisation to improve patient outcomes and drive service improvement, contributing to Quality Improvement initiatives, staff well being and creating a positive ward culture that supports both patients and colleagues.

Working as a Ward Manager, you will manage a team of individuals and together you will make a meaningful impact on patient care while leading and developing a multi-disciplinary team within a values-driven organisation.
