Ward Manager

We are looking for an inspired individual with Cardiology experience to lead our 3C Day Unit.The job will be suitable for senior nurses looking to advance their leadership and managerial career. The job offers the unique opportunity to bring your expertise to ensure safe and compssionate patient experience whilst maximising our capacity utilisation through innovative ways.You will work alongside with the Matron of the department and lead your team of junior sister and charge nurses, staff nurses, nursing assosicates and healthcare supportworkers to deliver high quality care. We have Monday to Friday shift pattern with our catheterisation labs offering world renowned emergency and day care to cardiology elective patients., The post holder will pro-actively lead and manage the nursing team and help the team to achieve their aspirations through audit and quality improvement intitatives. The post holder will actively contribute to realise the service vision and key targets by working closely with the service leads. The ward manager will partner with the peers to drive incremental innovation to achieve safe and compassionate patient experience
