Are you an experienced healthcare leader ready to take on a high-impact role where you can shape the operational and clinical success of a service? Join Badby Park as a Ward Manager and take responsibility for the operational, strategic, financial and day-to-day management of your unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, effective care aligned with outstanding CQC outcomes. In this pivotal role, you will be a key member of the senior management team, working collaboratively with a highly specialised multidisciplinary team and engaging with both clinical and non-clinical colleagues, as well as external stakeholders. You will lead the service with a strong focus on quality, performance, and continuous improvement, ensuring that care delivery meets regulatory standards while delivering positive outcomes for residents. As Ward Manager, you will oversee the full management of your unit, including staff leadership, operational delivery, and financial performance. You will manage and
