Ward Clerk, IV at Home

The IV at home/Willow Day unit currently have a new exciting opportunity for a forward thinking, proactive and highly motivated individual as a full time administrator.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible individual to join our team to work as a key part of the team providing effective and efficient reception and administrative support service to the unit/team.

This position will involve working with patients, relatives, carers and staff within the unit. This is a very exciting time to join our very friendly team, we are a very friendly supportive team who thrive from working as a team. Informal visits to the unit are welcome so you can come and meet us and see the way that care is delivered., To work as part the team and to provide an effective and efficient receptionist and administrative support service to the ward/ Department, this will involve working with the MDT within the unit. At times the applicant may become involved in supporting other areas within the General and Specialist Medical Division.

The applicant will also be responsible for ordering and stocking of stationary products as well as the ordering of staff uniforms. The post will be patient facing and therefore excellent communication skills will be needed.
