We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly committed, flexible person to support our expanding team and service with various administration duties, The appropriate candidate will be flexible, demonstrating an eagerness to contribute to offering the best care and service to our patients and their families. Excellent time management and ability to prioritise along with strong communication skills are essential, Education Essential

  • good standard of general education
  • IT skills equivalent to RSA3 or NVQ3
  • Experience Essential
  • Experience working within administration
  • Desirable
  • Proven experience of working within administration for the NHS
  • Knowledge Essential
  • Literate in IT/computer skills
  • Ability to demonstrate good communication skills verbally and in writing, based on fluency in English language
  • Desirable
  • Knowledge of trust IT systems i.e Paris, Mobius, System one, datix
  • Person Specification Education Essential
