We have a great opportunity to work as a Ward Administrator at Princess Royal Hospital Haywards Heath There is a Part time positions availablewhere the candidate will work across different inpatient wards providing a focused administration service within the Clinical Administration Inpatients department at thePrincess Royal Hospital 28 Hours - Monday , Tuesday Thursday and Friday 0700-1200 Wednesday 0700-1530, We are looking to recruit a Part Time flexible, dynamic, and motivated ward administrator for our fast paced and friendly Inpatient Team to help ensure adequate coverage of duties across a defined group of wards and departments. You will be working to ensure the efficient and timely admission, transfer, and discharge of patients, dealing with patients' medical notes and being responsible for the accurate and timely input of information into our PAS system for the purposes of patient care and data quality., Please note: This role does not meet the minimum criteria for visa sponsorship under the current UK immigration rules, which set specific salary and skill thresholds. As such, we are unable to provide sponsorship for this post. Applicants will therefore need to already have the right to work in the UK to be considered. You will be one of the first faces our patients and relatives will see when they first walk into our hospital, and you will have to deal with queries face-to-face, on the phone and via email. For this reason the post holder will have excellent communication and spelling skills alongside the ability to multi task and remain calm under pressure.,
