Waking Night Support Worker

Where you'll be working: Bromley We provide short-break and respite care for adults with learning disabilities and learning difficulties at our welcoming residential service in Bromley. Our dedicated team supports individuals to enjoy a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment during their stay, while promoting independence, wellbeing, and person-centred care. This rewarding service offers vital support to both the people we care for and their families, delivering high-quality short-term residential stays that encourage choice, dignity, and meaningful experiences. We are looking for Waking Night S upport Worker to join our amazing team, and to continue delivering outstanding outcomes., Supporting - Activities of daily Living including social activities, personal care, routines, planning and preparation of meals and budgeting. Communicating - effectively communicate using people's chosen methods Engaging - promoting and motivating people we support to enhance their quality of life Specialising - supporting people who may need positive behavioural support approaches Recording - keeping accurate records &reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management
