You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable. Requirements Willingness to work towards a heatlh & social qualification
Experience in a care environment preferred but not essential
Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis
Drivers desirable but not essential
Enhanced DBS required (paid for by CareTech)
Must have a full, Valid driver's licence
Must be willing and confident to drive a Automatic car
