Full Job Description
As a Waking Night Project Worker, you will:
- Support residents overnight, ensuring their safety, wellbeing and dignity
- Build positive, trusting relationships through a collaborative approach
- Promote independence while respecting individual needs and choices
- Respond to incidents, provide emotional support and maintain clear records
- Administer medication and complete light household tasks
- Provide personal care when required Shifts 9:30pm - 7:30am
- 24,480 per annum (35 hours per week)
- 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays, rising to 35 days with service (pro rata)

All appointments are subject to satisfactory right to work, enhanced DBS, reference and medical clearances. You are caring, reliable and a strong communicator, with a collaborative mindset and a genuine commitment to inclusive, person-centred support. Experience is helpful but not essential, as full training is provided. Holds a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification.
