Waking Night Project Worker

As a Waking Night Project Worker, you will:

• Support residents overnight, ensuring their safety, wellbeing and dignity
• Build positive, trusting relationships through a collaborative approach
• Promote independence while respecting individual needs and choices
• Respond to incidents, provide emotional support and maintain clear records
• Administer medication and complete light household tasks
• Provide personal care when required
Shifts 9:30pm - 7:30am

You are caring, reliable and a strong communicator, with a collaborative mindset and a genuine commitment to inclusive, person-centred support. Experience is helpful but not essential, as full training is provided. Holds a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification.


• 24,480 per annum (35 hours per week)
