Full Job Description
- Support residents throughout the night, ensuring their safety and wellbeing
- Provide personal care with dignity and compassion
- Administer medication and complete light household tasks
- Respond to emergencies and offer emotional support
- Maintain clear records and carry out safety checks
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care Shifts: Thursday & Friday nights
- 12,561 per annum (18 hours per week)
- 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays, rising to 35 days with service (pro rata)

You are reliable and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a commitment to inclusive support. You work well both independently and in a team. Experience is helpful, but not essential - full training and the chance to gain a recognised qualification are provided. A full UK manual driving licence is essential.
