Help shape brighter futures for children and young people at Hockley House.Hockley House is a pioneering new children's home in Romsey, supporting young people aged 12-18 with complex emotional, behavioural and mental health needs. As Hampshire's first residential home to bring together social care, healthcare and education in one setting, our specialist team provides intensive, trauma-informed support to help children build stability, resilience and the skills they need to thrive., Build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people. Provide overnight supervision, ensuring children and young people feel safe, supported and secure throughout the night. Complete regular welfare checks and maintain accurate records and reports. Support young people to develop independence, routines and resilience. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver therapeutic care plans. Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and positive outcomes.
