Every night as a Waking Night Care Assistant is different, but your impact is always the same - life-changing. You'll:
- Provide overnight support to help people stay safe and comfortable in their own homes
- Offer reassurance and companionship during the night
- Carry out regular checks and respond to any needs that arise
- Assist with medication, mobility, and personal care when required
- Support with repositioning and continence care
- Be a trusted part of a close-knit, local team, ensuring peace of mind for clients and their families
