Full Job Description
The Endeavour Foyer is seeking committed and reliable Bank Concierges to cover lone-working night and weekend shifts. We are looking for individuals who can provide flexible, as-and-when cover for waking night shifts.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering an excellent service to young people aged 16-25. Previous experience working with vulnerable young people would be beneficial.
As this is a lone-working position, safeguarding is paramount. Safeguarding training is mandatory and will be provided as part of our essential induction programme.

Key Requirements:
- Commitment to delivering high-quality support and customer service
- Flexibility to cover waking night shifts as required
- Safeguarding training (provided at induction)
- Enhanced DBS check, references, and LADO approval are essential
Shifts Available:
- Waking nights: 6:30pm-8am or 10pm-8am
Your Responsibilities:
- To ensure the safety and wellbeing of customers living in the foyers during nights and weekends.
- To be the first point of call for advice and security when support officers aren't on site.
- Manage the building overnight and at weekends, ensuring customers are signed in/out, and enquires are handled professionally.
- Monitor CCTV and complete building checks to include hourly patrols of the building and grounds. To report any issues to the Health and Safety manager and Scheme manager.
