As Waiting Staff, you will: Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and courteously.
• Check on customers during their visit to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries or concerns professionally.
Food & Beverage Service
• Prepare tables and dining areas before service.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently between customers.
• Follow food hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
• Support kitchen staff by communicating orders clearly and accurately.
Cash Handling & Payments
• Operate the till and process payments (cash, card, fuel cards where applicable).
• Ensure accurate billing and handle transactions responsibly.
Cleanliness & Organisation
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
• Replenish condiments, cutlery, and supplies throughout shifts.
Teamwork & Support
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service during busy peak times.
• Support colleagues across different duties as required.
• Follow management instructions and company procedures.

  Competitive Hourly rate: 12.71ph to start.
• Shift Hours: based on 37.5hrs per week, any 5 days over 7. Shifts depending on opening hours Sunday to Thursday 12:00hrs-21:15hrs, Friday 12:00hrs-20:30hrs and Saturday 11:30hrs-19:30hrs.
