Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages and food options to the highest standards
Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism - Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and allergen procedures
Support stock control, replenishment, and visual presentation of the caf area - Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations

Previous experience in a barista or waiter role within a premium or high-volume environment
A passion for coffee, tea, and delivering outstanding service
Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in a fast-paced setting
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
